My client in Doral, FL is looking for a second shift Logistical Coordinator/Customer Service Representative for their Miami operations team.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 13:30 to 22:30
Type: Temporary to Permanent
As a member of the CS Department, you're- tasked with overseeing both inbound and outbound activity as well handling special requests and trouble resolution items.
Follow up on all Inbound/Outbound Activity transiting through MIA Branch. Running and Maintaining of both International and Domestic pending pod reports. Follow up and Management of all missing/delayed shipments.
Backing up of different customer service teams whenever necessary.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
Polite, friendly manner
Proactive, "can-do" approach
