Data Entry I
Randstad is recruiting for exceptional Data Entry Clerks to work with our top clients in the Columbia area.- These individuals will aid in compiling, sorting, maintaining, and updating data.
-Performs general clerical functions such as sorts, routes and distributes mail; types material from typed or handwritten copy; prepares correspondence, reports and other documents
-An understanding of data confidentiality issues
-Managing in-office filing systems and inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate initiative
-The ability to focus for lengthy periods is necessary to eliminate or at least reduce errors
-Ability to prioritize
-Strong organization skills
-Previous Data Entry experience is required
-Proficient computer, Word, and Excel skills
