This person will be coordinating the fixes and maintenance for the company's video surveillance systems, dispatching technicians to vehicles that need repairs etc.
Training hours are overnight shift for training- 8:00am-5:00pm
Hours will switch to 8:00pm-5am after training is complete until the day shift is available.
?? Receive and enter all incoming communications from Customer regarding all vehicle video systems ??break-fix?? repair notifications.
?? Ensure each technician receives nightly priority assignments for ??break-fix?? repairs and priority preventative maintenance jobs.
?? Evaluate, schedule and expedite vehicle video systems due for preventative maintenance service.
?? Receive and reconcile all end of shift break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance service jobs paperwork from each field technician with customer sign-off.
?? Analyze manpower estimates and prepare technical summary reports for management.
?? Prepare scheduling, document project phases and complete special projects such as customer upgrades and technical refresh programs as instructed.
?? Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.
?? Utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost-efficient.
?? Interface and co-ordinate routinely with customer regarding video surveillance systems issues, problems and resolutions.
?? Report directly to management.
?? Follow all company??s procedures and protocols.
?? Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project.
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
--Experience with IP cameras and DVR's that support IP cameras.
--A support role in customer service with products, systems or networking equipment.
?? Superb customer service, communication and self-management skills.
?? Must be a self-starter, organized, efficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
?? Certification and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
?? Certification and demonstrated experience in Business Administration and a strong knowledge of written and digital management tools.
?? Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts.
?? Experience in Customer Relationship Management Databases and Dispatch / Jobs Software.
?? Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and written communication skills.
?? Typing speed: 40 ?? 60 words per minute.
?? Eligible to work in the US.
?? Criminal background screening required.
