Customer Service Representative
We currently have an opportunity with a Fortune 100 insurance company located in Springfield, MA. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need Customer Service Representatives with previous customer service experience to help the business continue to grow! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and is not a commissioned sales position. This position is an opportunity for you learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.
Pay rate - $13.00/hr (Unlicensed) ----> $18.46/hr (Licensed)
Schedule would fall between:
Sun 11am-5pm (If you work a Sunday shift, you are able to make up the hours during another shift)
--Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume customer response center
--Handle inbound customer calls to process payments, offer billing solutions, endorse policies, and confirm coverage for 3rd parties for personal lines insurance policies
--Handle customer's direct and in-direct need
--Build rapport and educate the customer to assist them with their insurance needs
--Responsible for product offerings and education of Liberty Mutual products and services such as eservice, different billing options, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

--High school diploma or equivalent
