Administrative Assistant Entry level
Do you have great business office knowledge? Are you interested in working in a fast paced office environment? This office is seeking organized, friendly, and experienced individual who can easily multitask. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The administrative assistant will be responsible for answering the phone, invoicing, filing, and facilitating paperwork.
-High volume calls
-Scheduling and making appointments
-Clearly communicate with patients via phone calls and email
-Assist with other clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, copying, faxing, etc...
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
-Ability to multitask well
-Attention to detail
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Strong data entry skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-No experience required
This position is in a major hospital/university near Stony Brook.
