Responsible for receiving calls and responding to inquiries and requests for assistance. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Identifying problem, troubleshooting, and providing advice to callers as well as understanding the company's structure and how to direct the calls to the appropriate area.
Handling requests in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard processes and procedures is required
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requires a High School diploma or GED; 3+ years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Must enjoy a fast paced environment and be good at multi-tasking
Looking for good communication skills, strong work ethic and dedicated candidates
Some flexibility in schedule may be required between the hours of 7:30am - 6pm. Selected candidates will work 8 hour shifts within this range.
