Responsible for being first point of contact when answering the phones in a proper and effective way, once calls are handled candidates will then have to answer questions and notify the correct people within the hospital in order to get the question resolved.
Handle a high volume incoming calls working in a call center environment. Upon answering calls candidates are required to use computer system to effectively answer questions and direct calls to the appropriate location within the hospital.

Must be able to type at-least 35 words per minute
Medical background/terminology is a strong plus
There are multiple shifts for this position
2:30pm to 11pm and must be able to work every other weekend
7am to 3:30pm and must be able to work every other weekend
