Our client on the south shore is seeking to add to their growing sales support team.
In this customer service/sales support role you will be responsible for supporting a field sales staff and their customers with product order delivery, presentation information and problem resolution. This role is an important cog in the wheel of client satisfaction and retention.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The qualified candidate will
- have excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutLook
- have the ability to compose well-written, grammatically correct and timely email correspondence
- have the finesse to navigate many moving parts and multiple people to accomplish positive outcomes
- have superior attention to detail and deadlines
-enjoy working as part of a small cohesive team
