We are seeking a direct hire candidate for an Office Manager opening in Hiram, GA for a permanent position!
The ideal candidate will be able to work
A qualified applicant should have the following skill set:
*Ability to perform billing, payroll, customer service, light collections, and other administrative tasks as needed
*Position will require strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
*Ability to create and work in Excel spreadsheets is needed
Ability to perform billing, payroll, customer service, light collections, and other administrative tasks as needed
Daily errands to pick up supplies or to Post Office
Invoicing all customers weekly/send statements monthly
Prepare payroll for 10-15 employees
Answer phones and customer service experience
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to handle day to day tasks of the office and handle all needs of the office.
Self starter will excel in this environment
2-4 years experience in Quickbooks
Experience with payroll using Quickbooks
Able to handle little to no supervision on most days
Organizational skills are important
Use of Drop Box, Excel, Word and Outlook is a MUST
Accurate Data Entry
Willingness to complete tasks not listed under the normal job description
