Mechanical Engineer

The Field Verification Coordinator provides support in verifying facilities maintenance projects and other work are completed in a timely and quality manner through visual inspection. Work could be performed in sensitive raised floor areas and will require secure badge access. Verification could include but not be limited to point of use electrical power work, communication cable, floor tile cuts and seals, leased tenant maintenance requests and preventative maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
--Provide field verification of completed point of use electrical power work performed by others.
--Field verification will consist of visual confirmation that third party supplier scope of work is completed.
--Validation will be required for every work order directed by client.
--Visual validation of preventative facility maintenance work performed by third party supplier as directed by client (as time permits).

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Three or more years of facilities support.
Project or program management experience. .
Proficiency with computer applications
Understanding of blueprints and facility plan diagrams.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and proficiently.

Job Accountability:

Provision of 100% response to verify completed facility service requests.
Completion of verification within the time frame determined in the Invoice Payment Verification Notice (IPVN) for each task.
Verification review activity to be completed based on client's business controls schedule.
Verification project orders to be closed out with client contact and requester in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
--Miscellaneous Small Job Requests:
Assist the RESO team in addressing site small jobs (aka "small construction projects") including maintenance out-of-scope projects (office painting, artwork installation, outside grounds, etc.); and small construction projects (rearrangement of offices, data pulls, etc.). Activities include but not limited to:
1.-Working with the tenant to develop the scope of work.
2.-Coordinating with clients FSV and RESO engineers to validate the costs and schedule.
3.-Oversee construction progress. Alert client and/or requester of any issues or concerns.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience in Civil / Mechanical engineering beneficial.
