Administrative Assistant Entry level - Training Coordinator Asst
The Training Coordination Specialist is responsible for managing the logistics of ongoing training efforts as well as those for new training initiatives. This position will also be tasked with making routine updates to training materials and compiling data from training evaluations.
Essential duties include
Coordinate and organize logistics for training delivery including, but not limited to, orchestrating training schedule, booking rooms, securing trainers, printing materials, etc.
Proactively and clearly communicate the status of training logistics to stakeholders and other parties
Provide support and troubleshooting for training issues when needed
Complete routine updates to training materials
Compile training evaluation data
Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Excellent communication skills
Able to adapt to change quickly
Ability to execute all duties in an efficient and accurate manner
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word preferred
Experience in planning corporate training logistics preferred but not required
