Billing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for a Billing Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant working for a gas and petroleum company in the Brentwood, TN area. This position will be a Direct Hire opportunity where you will start day one on the companies payroll.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering the phones, setting up conference calls, client billing, generating invoices and accompanying detail for clients using the Timeslips billing program, generate accounts receivable reports, posting deposits, and responding to all client request for additional billing details.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* Candidates must be able to wear multiple hats and be able to prioritise task
* Candidates must have some billing background
* Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Candidates need to have an outgoing bring personality and be comfortable working front desk
