Our client in Nicholasville is a manufacturing company that custom imprints logos and designs on Cups, Napkins, Plates and Coasters for several industries. They have a total of 3 divisions that cater to specific markets: American Cabin Supply, American Yacht Supply, and American Accents.
They are seeking an Account Representative/CSR for a full-time, temp to hire position. Qualified candidates will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers via e-mail and telephone, who are placing orders for various products located in their catalog. Employees are responsible for providing quotes, entering orders into the system, verifying information, answering billing questions, and responding or delivering to appropriate contacts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills such as multi-tasking, strong communication and typing 40 WPM are required. Customer service skills via telephone are also required. These positions are full-time, temp to hire opportunities and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required, including MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Typing 40 WPM required.
- Full-time position (40+ hrs./week).
