HR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Schedule: Must be available to work between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday
Location: San Antonio, TX 78251
Duration: Through open-enrollment at end of 2018, possible extension through January or longer
- Will lead a team of 10 or more Customer Service Representatives in a call center environment
- The calls are related to questions or problems team members may have related to benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and online tools associated with human resources
- This CSR uses traditional and online human resource systems to document transactional work and educate team members on human resource related topics
- This job is in the Corporate HR Services Center
- Will be responsible for coaching new employees and completing quality reviews
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Call Center experience required - 3 to 5 years
- Customer service experience
- Great job tenure
- Excellent communication skills
