Our client in Tempe is seeking the most talented and innovative Collections Customer Service Representative to join their team. Be part of a growing, dynamic and innovative company in the subprime automotive industry.
The Customer Service Representative will take ownership of and be responsible for delivering exceptional service and value to our customers by carrying out various customer service related processes to assist in servicing active accounts
The schedule is a combination of open hours 8am-11:30pm. Shift days can vary Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday
Mandatory OT can be expected during peak season.
Effectively handle and answer general customer inquiries as needed by phone or mail in an accurate and timely manner
Use investigative and active listening skills to assess each caller??s situation, answer questions and apply appropriate solutions to resolve the customer??s questions
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Scan and file documents into imaging system
Verify credit bureau disputes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 11:30 PM
1-2 years relevant customer service experience (collections) preferred. Relevant experience can include title work, insurance, and/ or bankruptcy experience.
Proficient in MS Office Word/Excel
Detail oriented and the ability to multi task
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Spanish reading / writing / speaking skills are preferred- but not required.
