Administrative Assistant Entry level
Randstad Central Delivery is now hiring a PART TIME Administrative Assistant in Denver, CO. This is a 7 month temporary position with potential for extension. Please apply if you are interested.
Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual. Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office required. 3-5 yrs. of prior administrative experience is required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
****Note that this is a part time opportunity. 20-25 hours per week **General receptionist and office duties. Will be scanning and helping set up new account access. **SKILLS: Office skills including word and excel. General knowledge of technology. Someone with banking experience would be a plus. *Additional specific skills or knowledge required: Act as the face of our branch, thus requiring excellent client service skills and professionalism.
Office required. 3-5 yrs. of prior adminstrative experience is required.
