Customer Service Agent
Assisting with internal customer service in a call center environment
Process transaction request within the agreed service level target for quality response and throughput time, efficiency etc., while respecting the companies process and core values.
Validate all required information or documentation that is provided prior to executing the transaction
Clearly communicating with steps that are requested from the unit
Maintain reminders and notifications to the unit as specified in the unit reference document
Notify team lead in case of process compliance or control issues of incomplete documentation
Daily reconciliation and corrective actions

Recent College Grads/ HR background
Bilingual Spanish/ English
Bilingual French Canadian/ English
