Administrative Specialist

An Administrative Specialist is needed for a large utilities company in St. Petersburg, FL. This position will provide administrative support to management and staff as required .

Responsibilities:
Typing, filing and organizing
Answering phones, taking messages
Ordering office supplies
Handling confidential information
Booking travel using on-line system
Coordinating meetings using Outlook
Event planning and coordinating
Reconciling and submitting expenses on-line

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Attention to detail
Experience working in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:
1+ years administrative support experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma / GED
