EA to the COO

One of the industry leading providers of tax-advantaged consumer directed health, commuter & employee benefit plans in the United States is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its COO.

Responsibilities:
Provides personal clerical and advanced administrative services and assistance that regularly requires the use of independent judgment and discretion

Coordinates the COO's schedule by making or accepting appointments; establishing agendas; arranging and coordinating domestic and international business travel and personal travel; and coordinating and preparing for board and executive team meetings.

Screens phone calls and incoming mail for the COO

Acts as a liaison for the executive relaying and exchanging information with others including but limited to board members, investors, senior company leaders, customers and clients, local and national media, and other organizations or constituents

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must have a thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures

Must have excellent written communication skills to edit and proofread business correspondence and reports

Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with others as described

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree at a minimum, Bachelor's Degree Preferred

The role is located in San Mateo

Salary: $90-105K Annually
