Bilingual Call Center Representative
Seeking dedicated and customer service focused employees! Within this position,you will work in a call center setting, receiving inbound calls to assist patients in scheduling transportation to their upcoming doctors appointments. Outbound calls are made to coordinate driver pick up and drop off times for individual patients. This specific opening does require all applicants to be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
-Answer all inbound calls, providing prompt and friendly customer service to create ease for patient scheduling purposes.
-Assess, prioritize and resolve client issues using good listening and comprehension skills.
-Coordinate driver schedules
-Enter new admissions into the computer in a timely manner.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Bilingual in Spanish and English
-Medical Office or Call Center Experience
-Good Listening Skills
-Courteous manner over the phone
- 1 year Call Center or Customer Service Experience
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
-Medical Call Center Experience Preferred
