Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Administrative Coordinator will report to the General Manager and serve as the overall coordination point for the delivery of our service offerings in the field. This position requires a robust combination of general accounting and business skills including operations dispatch, customer care, billings, employee and payroll file maintenance, proposal development, purchasing, accounts payable and account receivable. General Accounting knowledge preferred. Previous experience with a technical services firm is a plus. Familiarity with technology platforms such as Viewpoint, Vista or Spectrum highly desired.

Field customer/client contacts and requests and route to appropriate resource
Assist managers efficiently with processing of regular technical services invoicing
Manage purchase order records, reconcile incoming invoices for payment, and facilitate/expedite commodity purchasing process
Manage and audit documentation of employees and new hire on-boarding
Familiar with technology platforms and experience in the utilization of a majority of software platforms including: Accounting (Viewpoint, Vista, Spectrum or similar); Quote and Invoice Management; General and Administrative (Microsoft Office 360)
Respond to the various needs of management and field supervision
Develop and execute marketing strategies which support the business
