Inbound Call Center Representative
TRAINING PROVIDED- CENTER EXPERIENCE HELPFUL BUT NOT NECESSARY
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders. CSRs will handle 75 - 100 calls daily. The majority of calls will be regarding claims and/or the types of coverage's they have.
~A great deal of empathy is required as these policyholders all are calling during a time in their life when they are critically ill or a life-changing/altering situation has happened to them.
~CSRs need to ensure customer satisfaction and strive to ensure service standards are met.
~Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
~Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and all products, services and processes performed by the team.
~Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.
~Work as a team to meet client service level agreements
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Of Good Character
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
