Construction Administrative Assistant
residential construction company is currently seeking a Construction Admin Assistant to play an integral role in the construction management department. The candidate will to work closely with the Manager, Pre-Construction Services and Construction Managers, and other construction operations staff to assist in the completion of a variety of custom residential construction projects from ground up.
Assist in the preparation of bid packages
Contacting sub-contractors and suppliers
Preparing purchase orders for all projects
Tracking sub-contractor compliance items
Filing & Construction Department organization
Project related errands
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Construction Admin: 1 year
1-2 years of administrative support in the Construction or Real Estate Development Industry
Energetic, motivated professional with critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability; able to multi-task and work under pressure; strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Understanding of basic construction concepts and language
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite a must
