Marketing Manager / Print Projects
Huge Healthcare Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager that will be responsible for print production materials. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, with a familiarity with ADA and fill-able PDF procedures.
Duration 9/4/2018 to 4/12/2019
Shift: 1st shift business hours 40 hours per week
Location: Lakeside St. Oakland, CA 94612 Near California Department of Transportation
Manage regulatory-driven projects and documents required for our annual renewal cycle, enrollment kits, and member communications, for Medicare line of business and for two State programs lines of business.
Build and manage project plans, and facilitate moving projects through all stages including design, production, print, translation, and fulfillment.
Develop project work plans including schedule, cost estimates, and creative brief.
Provides project direction to creative services.
Collaborates with brand, marketing, product and creative teams and provides client support.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Strong Proofreading Skills
3-5 Years Marketing Project Management Experience
**Print Production Knowledge preferred**
Bachelor??s degree preferred
