Our client, located in Somerset, NJ. currently has an opening for a Customer Care Specialist!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Main Point of contact between customers and technichal support teams
Create work order in Ticketing Systems for the purpose of dispatching field technicians
Monitor Central Management System
Idenfify errors for dispatch to field technicians or internal groups
Respond to requests from field technicians
Working hours: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Previous experience in Customer Care or Dispatch
Mass Media Industry Experience a plus
Technichal problem solving skill
Must be available to work overtime as needed
