Randstad is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Care Representative position for a Technical Support Company located in Colorado Springs, CO! The position is temp-to-hire and pays $17/hr.
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for effectively handling customer and internal staff requests via phone, email, IM, chat, incidents, fax, and mail. Analyze problems, provides solutions and information in a thorough manner. Comprehensively documents customer interactions for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Provides support for all internal customer needs. Key competencies include: customer service, planning and organizing, problem solving, basic accounting, and time management.
-Document all interaction, tasks, activities in the CRM system
-Provide first line response for customers requiring assistance
-Respond to inquiries for all products and services
-Provides technical assistance with website, e-Learning courses/exams, and SaaS - via phone, email, IM, chat, incidents, fax, and mail
-Document customer interactions in our CRM software and track issues to resolution with technical support cases using Incident Management process
-Update internal knowledgebase and training documentation and inform relevant business units
-Act as a single point of contact between customers and internal department teams
-Maintain database for accuracy and completeness
-Perform light accounting and administrative tasks
-Make outbound calls to current members and event attendees
-Extract data from databases and generate reports upon request
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
-Intermediate proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
-Intermediate proficiency with Internet Explorer (10 and 11), Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox
-Excellent problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
-Inquisitive nature and ability to think on your feet
-Comfortable and fluent using computer software
-Basic accounting: know the difference between an invoice, quote, purchase order, receipt, etc.
-6 months+ of inbound call center or phone technical support experience
-6 months+ of administrative experience
-High school diploma or GED
