We are seeking a bright and resourceful Administrative support candidate to provide support to a busy HR Team.

Your responsibilities

Review the internet to locate potential customers
Update employee database records
Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
Perform various administrative duties - HRIS experience desired
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

In this role you will be handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department
Various duties to include:
- Creating and maintaining reports and databases
- dealing with policies, processes, and procedures
-Assisting with ensuring files are maintained
- Maintaining confidential records

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Strong administrative skills to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- At least one year of office or Internship experience
- Great attitude and willing to support a wonderful team of co-workers
