-Assist Customer Service Agents with any customer calls that require ordering supplies
-Handle up to 50 A/R calls a day
-Assist with incoming phone calls - about 20-100 a day depending on needs
-Assist with any administrative duties as required
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to multi-task and remain organized
-Excellent customer service and administrative skills required
-Associates Degree or higher is preferred
-1-2 years of Admin experience in an office setting environment
-Must be intermediate with Microsoft Suite- especially Excel
