The Accounting/HR Assistant will be expected to provide support to a small Accounting Department reporting directly to the CFO. This will be including, but not limited to light financial reporting, management of inventory reporting daily as well as assistance in the month end process. Typical duties will include managing the inventory reporting, human resources administration, new hire onboarding and basic benefits administration.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Associates Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience with the accounting process.
Must have high level of experience with Microsoft Excel and general competence with other Microsoft Office applications.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience with basic journal entries and financial reporting and analysis preferred
Working knowledge of database structures & querying techniques.
Experience with Human Resources and benefits administration preferred but not required
Experience reconciling bank accounts preferred.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/clients
