Customer Service

Our client in Wakefield, Ma is looking for a temp to perm Customer Operations Rep for their office.
Individual would be responsible for knowledge of products offered by various market groups, process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction throughout entire order process. This individual will work within a collaborative team environment in an open-concept office as vital member within the Shared Customer Service Center (SCSC) team, managed by the VP of Operations & Finance.

Responsibilities:
Prior Customer Service support, Account management and Resolution experience
Prior ERP experience with creating purchase/sales orders, sales invoices, credit notes and RMAs.
Prior experience providing price/availability quotations, coordination of product forecasting and replenishment, timely shipments or resolution of complex customer based product issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Prior Logistic experience coordinating with warehouse operations, domestic and international shipments, account status resolution, quality or quantity warranty fulfillment as well as communicate issues for returns to manufacturer for diagnosis.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Requires exercising independent judgment
Experience with ERP software, Navison a plus!
Analytical skills and Microsoft Excel expert
Project management and scheduling experience with multi-site installation roll outs
Vendor/subcontract procurement and coordination skills
Strong communication skills (writing and verbal)
Pro-active, accurate, honest, trustworthy; able to self-initiate.

A team player within a non-hierarchical (flat) organizational culture
Prefer a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' experience in sales office environment.
