This position will pay between $30,000-$36,000 yearly. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the sales team and outside sales representatives. The role will require fielding calls to assist corporate clients, emailing clients and inputting data to track client information and sales metrics.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree or two years of relevant experience is required
- Computer savvy
- Experience with Excel, Quickbooks or a CRM is desirable
- Customer service based skills such as patience and empathy
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
