Call Center Representative Inbound
Seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives to provide product support and customer service in the Healthcare Industry. Taking inbound calls and assisting with requests to have information sent to. Scheduling call backs as necessary. Will be responsible for educating callers on a wide range of technical concepts.
This is a project opportunity covering an open enrollment period for a Health Insurance company estimated to go thru 12/28/18.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
-Call Center experience
-Basic computer skills
-Key entry skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Minimum of a HS Diploma/GED equivalent
-Must consent to a criminal background check and drugscreen
Location: Austin, TX 78728
Hours: Must be available to work an 8 hour shift-40 hrs a week within call center operating hours which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. (hours of operation: 7am-7p, 7 days a week)
