We are currently seeking an A/R clerk for a dynamic, fast growing health care provider in the St. Louis Park area. This position will report to the A/R Billing Manager. This position will offer between $18-19-hourly, and will be Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Input information into the billing system
Hourly billing experience
Maintain accurate and complete trust accounting records, census information, billing and resident accounts receivable statements
Directly bill Medicare, Medicaid, private accounts and Managed Care payors
Work directly with county and state agencies to coordinate Medicaid Pending accounts
Collect accounts receivable balances from all payor sources to meet revenue goals
Work directly with all residents, families and employees
Perform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
High school graduate or equivalent required.
Five years' medical billing experience in a health care organization required.
Work experience in long-term care industry preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
