Sales Representative Advanced Level

High volume distributor in Jacksonville is looking for a qualified Sales Manager with proven leadership and customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
??? Develop new aftermarket strategies for growth and maintain excellent customer experience
??? Responsible for managing 4 independent reps activities, coaching, mentoring and partnering with them in the field for strategic customer visits. Set and maintain KPIs
??? Be the subject matter expert for a new implementation of ERP system
??? Independently prioritize your work schedules, which would include a variety of work assignments to ensure the attaining of the short-and-long term sales goals for volume and profitability
??? Diligently and consistently follows up on all customer proposals to close sales and gain customer insight
??? Experience in planning strategies and implementing campaigns to improve company visibility
??? Lead key account acquisition, strategy and calendar for targeted key accounts
??? Develop and present annual sales, distribution, promotion, and trial plans
??? Forecast inventory at the distributor and wholesale level
??? Problem-solve between sales, distributors and end customers as opportunities arise
??? Participate in annual planning
??? Effectively communicate cross-departmentally
??? Collaborate with company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
??? Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
??? Pro-actively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one year period
??? Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
??? Achieve sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives
??? Train key account personnel on products along with leading the customer account promotional planning activity and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Engineering or manufacturing background is required
- 5 years in managerial or leadership roles. Supervising reps including coaching and performance.
- Experience working directly in customer service roles
- Experience in business-to-business or direct sales, preferred in manufacturing and parts
- Strong negotiation skills required
- Strong time management skills required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong presentation and project management skills
- Understanding of ERP/MRP operating systems
