We are hiring for an administrative assistant with great attention to detail for a company in North Austin.
In this casual yet professional office you will be greeting guests and vendors, answering phones, preparing reports, and providing support to the Business Office Manager.
As the administrative assistant you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting visitors with a professional and engaging manner, prepare reports and project folders, assist in scheduling work orders, prepare miscellaneous correspondence, and provide support to the Business Office Manager.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Professional verbal and written communication.
-Answering phones, direct incoming calls and take messages.
-Scheduling and meeting planning.
-Copying, Scanning, and Filing.
-Preparing correspondence, reports, and project folders.
-Responsible, team player with ability to work independently.
--High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
-Above average skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
-Ability to learn new programs
-6 months experience in an administrative role supporting a mid-sized company.
-Experience in construction or engineering environment a plus but not required.
