Local heating and cooling installation and repair company is looking for an experienced quickbooks office admin.
Temp to Hire within 120 days. Once permanent - Full benefits and paid time off.
The office admin will work 1st shift: To assist with quickbook reconciliation and collaborate with the Office Administrator to organize and account for company invoicing. Integral part of a growing team. The successful candidate will have an in depth understanding of business applications in Quickbooks software. The company is seeing a dynamic individual with strong attention to detail and basic accounting principles.
These functions include but are not limited to:
order processing, record updating, printing shipping labels, payroll tax related activities, processing payroll and commissions, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, invoicing, routing incoming phone calls and other misc. duties as assigned. Tools used will include: Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Shipping Management, Microsoft Office Applications, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A minimum of 1 year of experience using Quickbooks
A minimum of 1 year of experience performing accounting tasks
A HS Diploma with experience in accounting/bookkeeping
Associates Degree in Accounting is preferred
