Directly lean and coordinate activities of the molding department, including program,set-up inefficiencies , reporting, data analysis, effective working relationship to improve CI and 5S program.
Enforce safety, communication and sanitation regulation for molding department.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters and fabricators.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments, including daily molding glass wall meetings.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals,
Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards, including EPS Press Molding program set up and deficiencies.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers
Keep record of employee attendance and hours worked
Read and analyze charts, work orders, productions schedules, and other record and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
Compile daily production reports and average MPM data, including the monthly dashboard
Observe plant safety rules, Help to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concerns. Assist in monitoring of quality work output and maintenance procedures and 5S program.
Supports Continuous Improvement environment.
Assist in conducting operations so as to meet established cost standards for tuse of materials, supplies and equipment. Follow instructions in the most efficient use of tools, machines and materials.
Maintain a neat and orderly working area and assists other departments in the cleanliness and organization of working areas when projects overlap other department areas.
Responsible for reporting any problems or concerns to their direct supervisor, To maintain good working relations with all other employees. strive to have no conflicts with other department employees.
Encourage to bring any ideas to light for possible usage in factory functions

High School Diploma or GED
1+ Years Supervisor Experience
3 Years+Experience in manufacturing
Prior Fork Lift
Prior Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing experience
