Large & reputable manufacturer in the Central San Diego area is seeking an Administrative Assistant!
The Administrative Assistant will support director level individuals in a fast paced environment. This individual will be a part of a team assisting the department heads with calendar management, scheduling, booking travel arrangements, handling expense reports, etc. This is a temp to hire opportunity offering stability & growth.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Associate's degree or higher preferred
--2+ years of experience in administrative support role
--Experience with book travel & calendar management
--MS Office Suite Advanced
--Ability to prioritize & stay organized
--Multi-task in a fast paced environment
