Call Center Representative Inbound
The role does not require any experience needed to be considered for this position. These roles are to assist with inbound calls to assist with an employee's prepaid card and online payroll assistance. The requirements are as follows:
5 month temp role
Must work weekends-no exception
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
The schedules we are offering are as follows:
10:00AM to 6:30PM
11:00AM to 7:30PM
12:00AM to 8:30PM
2:00PM to 10:30PM
3:30PM to 12:00AM
The later shifts are the most in demand for the role.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties include answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
