Inside Sales Representative

Randstad is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative for our client, a national provider of long-term care pharmacy services, in Louisville, KY. In this role you will be responsible for focusing on new customer acquisition for the company, engaging potential customers to understand current pharmacy services needs and potential opportunities for services in the Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living (AL) markets. Success is measured monthly by securing pre-established appointments with SNF/AL targets for the company's outside sales team for further development and closure.

The company is offering a base salary starting at $35k to $40k base plus bonus potential of 20% and excellent benefits!

Responsibilities:
--Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential targeted customers
--Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
--Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
--Creating and maintaining contact list/database of prospective target customers
--Presenting and delivering information to potential customers for outside Sales follow up
--Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
--Work with sales team to transfer the prospect and advance the sales process
--Tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sale metrics
--Maintaining database (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, etc.) of target customer information
--Closing pre-qualified appointment for sales team
--Implements processes to continuously gather incumbent pharmacy competitor information and assures such information is promptly reflected in the company CRM system.
--Performs other such duties as may be assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Solid interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
--Solid phone presence and comfortable dialing a high volume of calls per day
--Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
--Good presentation skills both remote and in person
--Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize accordingly, and complete them according to deadline
--Competency in commonly used Microsoft Office suite of software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and related systems including SharePoint and CRM applications
--Self-motivated and self-directed
--Persuasive and goal-oriented
--The ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients and customers
--Preference for work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail is critical
--Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
--Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Qualifications:
--Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, communications, or equivalent experience in related field is required
--Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or inside sales experience preferred
--1-3 years' experience in healthcare, customer service, or business related field preferred
