Manage the sanitation crew and perform daily sanitation tasks and duties.
Includes trash, rinsing and washing equipment according to the FDA
Coordinate and manage all sanitation personnel
Oversee the cleanliness of equipment and the environment to remove all residue in all food processing areas.
Prepare proper labeling storage and use of toxic compounds
Inspect premises for unsanitary practices and conditions
Responsible for entire processing plant equipment and standard of leanliness.
General maint of building and fixtures
Manage santiation crew, Ensure all sanitation is completed daily
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Experience in food safety, GMPs adn Haccp requirements highly desirable.
