Call Center Support Tech 1
Randstad is currently seeking call center representatives to help assist clients and customers with products sales, support, and upgrading questions for an entry level department. Duties will include but not limited to: account management, account placement and/ or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified. The role will acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives by Identifying customer needs and requirements. Must be able to recommend the appropriate products and solutions and provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process. Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings Stays current on industry
Answering questions for products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software, enterprise solutions and service contracts. Be able to manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface. . Being able to provide support to the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*1 year of Call Center experience or related field
*Supporting or selling IT (preferred) related service or products, or similar fields of experience
*Good attention to detail, multitasking, and Customer Services is a MUST
*Demonstrate comfortable computer, verbal and written skills
*Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environm
*High School Diploma / GED or equivalent, degree preferred
