Banking Operations Analyst
Position is monitoring team of 14 members to ensure regulatory banking deadlines are met, testing remains on track and that a new application is implemented on-time (Actimize).
To support Large Currency Reporting department and teammates to be current in their daily work and meeting FinCEN regulatory deadline of 15 days. Responsible for entering data between two applications, filing CTRs to FinCEN within the regulatory deadline. Downloading of reports and review of the reports. Research transactions and identify missing information. Adhere to risk management activities, follow risk controls and guidelines. Validate teller transactions and dertermine if CTR is required, and follow up with branch teammates for any pending items.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc). Be able to multitask, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, clerical skill, and data entry skills. Able to work independently with high degree of expectations and work in a group environment. Must have at least 1 year of experience.
Bank teller transaction experience, Banking Operations, Research. Experience with shared document repository such as SharePoint.
