Randstad has an urgent need for an Administrative Assistant to work with our client, a major Medical Equipment/ Device company in Bothell. This is a great opportunity for the right person!
The Administrative Assistant greets visitors and callers, routes and resolves information requests.
Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports.
Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.
Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.
Additional preferred capabilities/experience:
Safety Incident investigations, job risk assessments, take actions at reoccurring safety meetings, update and improve process documents. (note: training will be provided on Philips processes, position is administrative in nature).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position
Education: High School / Associates or equivalent experience
