Customer Service

Customer Service Opening in the Parsippany area.
The role will be Primarily be responsible for daily communication with customers, sales personnel, distributor businesses, and any incoming requests for information on the products.

Responsibilities:
Role Duties
- Place and receive orders
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships
- Track sales and provide sales reports
- Work with distributors and sales personnel to supply required resources for training, sales calls and sales meetings.??
- Track inventory, facilitates movements of materials / supplies
- Provides billing and invoicing to Medical entities and customer accounts, corresponds with distributor personnel on sales results.
- Work closely with the sales management team to determine the level of support and responsiveness of sales personnel.
- Maintain customer pricing in the QuickBooks system, including entering contracts as required.

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Skills:
--2-3 years customer or account experience
--Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
--Computer skills is a must
--Good problem solving and communication skills
--Strong- organizational, customer service and follow up skills
--Phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
--Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate verbally and writing
--Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAITS/CHARACTERISTICS:
The desired individual will possess the following qualifications:
--High School diploma; prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
--2-3 years customer or account experience
--Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
--Computer skills is a must
--Good problem solving and communication skills
--Strong?? organizational, customer service and follow up skills
