Looking for a position and hardworking Paralegal who has immigration experience.
Assist in maintenance of corporate minute books of international and domestic subsidiaries
Prepare drafts of correspondence, various legal contracts, NDA agreements and consulting service contracts
Organize intellectual property files
Work cooperatively to explain, negotiate and achieve execution of standardized legal documents
Assist in company formations and dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, public securities work is a plus
Prepare, coordinate, file, obtain and maintain legal files.
Interface with outside counsels as needed.
Stay up-to-date on immigration and H1B documentation and communicate changes accordingly
Complete additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Relevant public companies or law firm work experience and a Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Paralegal certification (or in process) from an American Bar Association (ABA). Accredited certifying body/institution preferred.
Familiarity with relevant federal, state and key international laws and regulations
Experience working with external vendors and third parties in contract reviews and analysis
Experience in handling business immigration legal matters
Experience in corporate matters
Ability to keep up with professional development by seeking feedback and learning new skills
