Administrative Specialist

An Administrative Specialist is needed for a large utilities company in York, SC. This position will support the management team and their direct reports with all administrative needs.

Responsibilities:
- File and record management
- Manage office inventory
- Calendar management
- Meeting Coordination
- Order supplies
- Project assistance as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:
2+ years experience of administrative support
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High school diploma
