Call Center Representative Inbound
Healthcare & Insurance Operations Associate
Pay Rate: $13.75 per hour
Responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including , but not limited to structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and provider education materials.
Training is 6-8 weeks 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday and Flexible schedule to work 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:00 to 3:30 PM, Or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsible for overall provider contact and amending loading and processing using various databases
Interpret and analyze client data to add, delete, modify and find solutions to individual client concern
Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
Apply Healthcare and Insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts etc. to undertake problem solving.
Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team memebers
Works on preparation of SOP's/ Process Transition:
Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the project
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 + years related, hands on experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
Demonstrates the ability to identify processing defects and report them accurately
Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred
United Health Care experience a plus
1 + years of experience with platforms Emptoris, NDB and Phycon or similar platform
Demonstrate professionalism with peers, subordinates, superiors, and customers
Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex changing environment
