Logistical Support

This role handles the Air Import operations. Duties include customer relations, handling Air import services, coordinating with other departments, updating systems, reporting property loss, general operational reporting to Manager and additional projects. Also, this position requires the individual to remain attuned to customer needs and potential new business for air and other divisions, and to pass along sales leads to the sales department, as well as data entry, dispatch, billing.

Responsibilities:
Process Import shipments working with customs and client.

Populate and update Import systems and track shipments.

Seamless coordination among OPS, Management & Sales Departments.

Increase business relationship with client.

Prepare accurate Accounting for each shipment.

Periodic collection of customer payment for each shipment.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
2 years of experience in the Logistics Industry (minimum).

Great attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
