If you consider yourself a problem solver, a people person, and can thrive in a fast paced environment we need your skills! Customer service positions available within the New Hyde Park area!

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from customers
-Research solutions
-Trouble-shoot issues
-Documentation of information
-Track customer interactions

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
-Detail-oriented
-Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in customer service
High School diploma or equivalent required
Basic software skills required
